Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

✦   Develop automation of test cases for regression testing.

✦   Ensure QA processes, procedures, and test environment integrity are maintained.

✦   Follow standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.

✦   Define and review test cases during projects.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce product teams and cross-functional teams.

✦   Participate in defect triage and UAT support activities.

✦   Work with global teams and adapt to customer processes.

✦   Ensure communication across development and customer teams during testing phase.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 6 years of QA experience.

✦   At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.

✦   Strong knowledge of SQA methodologies.

✦   Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Strong attention to detail in identifying and documenting defects.

✦   Ability to handle short sprint cycles and full SDLC exposure.

✦   Excellent communication and independent working skills.

✦   Ability to create test plans from specifications.

✦   Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge required.

✦   Experience in test automation frameworks is a plus.

✦   Salesforce and SCRUM certification is a plus.
