Job Responsibilities:

✦   Perform automation testing for Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

✦   Test Agentforce, Health Cloud, and Veeva CRM applications.

✦   Develop and execute automation scripts using tools such as Provar, Selenium, Playwright, and Tosca.

✦   Validate business workflows, integrations, and AI features including Einstein AI.

✦   Perform data validation using SOQL and SOSL.

✦   Execute regression, functional, and integration testing cycles.

✦   Log, track, and retest defects across multiple releases.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce automation testing with 4–14 years of overall experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, Playwright, and Tosca.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems including Sales, Service, CPQ, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud.

✦   Experience in testing AI features like Einstein AI.

✦   Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for data validation.

✦   Experience in regression, functional, and integration testing.

✦   Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.
