Job Responsibilities:

✦   Diagnose customer issues and design innovative solutions.

✦   Develop proposal documents and provide inputs to solution design.

✦   Plan and execute configuration activities as per design.

✦   Conduct conference room pilots and support requirement and solution clarifications.

✦   Conduct solution/product demonstrations and proof of technology workshops.

✦   Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budget and organizational guidelines.

✦   Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.

✦   Support deployment activities and ensure high-quality value-adding solutions.

✦   Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.

✦   Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver consulting solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Primary skills in SFDC Testing under Package Testing domain.

✦   Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.

✦   Awareness of latest technologies and industry trends.

✦   Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

✦   Understanding of financial processes for projects and pricing models.

✦   Ability to work on client interfacing and stakeholder communication.

✦   Experience in project and team management.

✦   Ability to create proposals and contribute to solution design.

✦   Knowledge of assessing processes and recommending improvements.

✦   One or two industry domain knowledge preferred.
