Job Responsibilities:

✦   Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

✦   Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure service quality.

✦   Participate in project estimation and provide inputs for solution delivery.

✦   Conduct technical risk planning, code reviews, and unit test plan reviews.

✦   Lead and guide teams to develop optimized high-quality code deliverables.

✦   Ensure adherence to organizational guidelines, quality processes, and SDLC practices.

✦   Support testing activities for Salesforce applications including SFDC testing.

Job Requirements:

✦   Knowledge of testing tools and Salesforce testing (SFDC Testing).

✦   Understanding of software quality assurance principles and agile methodologies.

✦   Ability to work with requirements, design validation, and testing lifecycle activities.

✦   Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Good communication skills and ability to work in client-facing roles.

✦   Understanding of project lifecycle, estimation methodologies, and quality processes.

✦   Exposure to Salesforce platform and testing domains.
