Job Responsibilities:

✦   Interface with clients for quality assurance, issue resolution, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

✦   Understand requirements, create and review designs, validate architecture, and ensure high service quality.

✦   Participate in project estimation, solution delivery inputs, technical risk planning, and code/unit test plan reviews.

✦   Lead and guide teams to develop optimized, high-quality test deliverables.

✦   Support software quality assurance activities including Salesforce testing across projects.

✦   Contribute to digital transformation initiatives by ensuring reliable and tested Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce testing with Java and Selenium (3–15 years).

✦   Knowledge of testing tools and automation frameworks.

✦   Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

✦   Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

✦   Knowledge of quality processes, estimation methodologies, and project lifecycle activities.

✦   Ability to work on Salesforce QA and functional testing.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Understanding of software quality assurance principles and testing standards.
