Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and OmniStudio/Vlocity. Lead the full SDLC including sandbox strategy, production management, version control, and CI/CD pipeline automation. Implement scalable configuration components such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and flows. Own integration design and development using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party connectors. Drive modernization initiatives by migrating legacy functionality into Salesforce and implementing best-practice architecture patterns. Collaborate with teams, PMO, QA, BAs, and business stakeholders to ensure successful sprint execution. Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality delivery. Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, and participate in agile ceremonies. Ensure secure, compliant, and performant implementation across Salesforce environments.

Job Requirements:

✦   Highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience across the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including sandbox management, CI/CD, LWC development, integrations, and application modernization. Strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently in an agile environment.
