Job Responsibilities:

✦   Consult with key client stakeholders and end users to gather and confirm business requirements.

✦   Author user stories and define to-be process flows to support the solution design process.

✦   Work with project team to complete configuration tasks and meet deadlines.

✦   Test and verify custom solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.

✦   Participate in workshops, requirement gathering sessions, sprint demos, UAT, and end user training.

✦   Contribute to building the knowledge base and resources of the team.

✦   Manage, coordinate, and delegate work to offshore resources.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years hands-on experience configuring Salesforce platform solutions.

✦   Experience with automations, Process Builder, and Flow.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to analyze business problems and contribute to solution design.

✦   Strong time management and prioritization skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant required.

✦   Preferred certifications include Community Cloud, CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer I.

✦   Familiarity with Agile methodologies and client-facing work.
