Job Responsibilities:

✦ Apply awareness of global trends to address client needs.
✦ Understand the impact of emerging technologies on business processes.
✦ Handle team responsibilities and client deliverables.
Job Requirements:
✦ Prior experience in Salesforce is mandatory.
✦ Extensive experience in solution design, client management, client demos, and conducting workshops.
✦ Good understanding of Salesforce features such as Lightning and integration.
✦ Experience working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Clouds.
✦ Knowledge of Heroku and e-commerce is a plus.
✦ Ability to understand requirements and prepare effort estimates and system design.
✦ Experience managing clients and leading teams.
✦ Knowledge of implementation best practices on Force.com platform.
✦ Ability to develop project documentation such as requirement documents, system design documents, use cases, test plans, and training manuals.
✦ Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Jenkins is a plus.
✦ 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in consulting environment.
✦ Experience in 3-4 end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
