Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with business functions such as Service, Sales, Configure/Price/Quote, and Marketing to understand maintenance, enhancements, and project requirements.

✦   Identify and evaluate best practices related to CRM tools and recommend improvements.

✦   Stay updated with technology trends in CRM and incorporate intuitive user interface design.

✦   Design, develop, and configure solutions using out-of-box functionality or custom applications in a sandbox environment.

✦   Support and enhance CRM integrations with Oracle ERP and other cloud applications.

✦   Work on CRM automated processes supporting Sales, Service, Marketing, and Quote-to-Cash functions.

✦   Participate in CRM DevOps activities and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience in relevant field.

✦   Experience supporting CRM applications in Information Technology.

✦   Experience with Oracle BigMachines.

✦   Experience in software engineering best practices including source control and design control processes.

✦   Ability to manage multiple short and moderate-duration projects.

✦   Technical skills including BML, Java, JavaScript, Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce), ServiceMax, Oracle ERP, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.

✦   Experience with CRM integration tools such as Informatica, Oracle SOA, REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Experience with JIRA, SVN, Jenkins, Selenium, and Python is a plus.
