Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work on Scuba Analytics for building dashboards, complex queries, and data models.

✦   Handle large datasets using Python and SQL.

✦   Perform scripting for automation using Python or Shell.

✦   Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

✦   Manage data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, schema design, and data quality.

✦   Monitor and log systems using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, and CloudWatch.

✦   Follow ITSM practices including incident, problem, and change management.

✦   Ensure security and compliance including access controls, PII handling, and audit readiness.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on experience with Scuba Analytics.

✦   Strong Python and SQL skills including window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning.

✦   Experience with automation scripting (Python or Shell) and CI/CD tools (Git, pipelines).

✦   Understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema design, and data quality patterns.

✦   Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, and Kibana.

✦   Knowledge of ITSM practices, SLAs, and on-call best practices.

✦   Security and compliance awareness including access controls and PII handling.

✦   6+ years of relevant experience in analytics platforms, data products, or application support engineering.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Experience with tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ServiceNow, JIRA Service Management, Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint.
