Job Responsibilities:
✦ Lead hands-on development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions across Email, SMS, Push, and Web channels.
✦ Design and build scalable Data Extension structures, segmentation logic, and automation workflows.
✦ Develop advanced personalization using AMPscript, SSJS, and dynamic content frameworks.
✦ Build and maintain REST API integrations with internal systems.
✦ Implement SAP setup including domain authentication, DKIM/SPF, link branding, and IP warming strategy.
✦ Troubleshoot complex issues across journeys, automations, and integrations.
✦ Provide technical leadership, perform code reviews, and mentor team members.
✦ Support multi-banner retail marketing orchestration and brand-specific personalization.
Job Requirements:
✦ 6–9 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development experience.
✦ Strong expertise in AMPscript, SSJS, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Mobile Studio.
✦ Experience in building REST API integrations.
✦ Strong knowledge of SQL and marketing data models.
✦ Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
✦ Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
✦ Experience in enterprise-scale marketing automation or multi-brand operations.
✦ Understanding of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure functions is preferred.
✦ Experience with SAP (Sender Authentication Package) setup and deliverability governance is a plus.
