Job Responsibilities:
✦ Collaborate with engineers to interpret technical discussions and convert them into well-defined user stories and tasks.
✦ Own the grooming process: break down epics into smaller stories, ensure clarity of acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog.
✦ Support the Product Manager in executing the product roadmap by aligning technical execution with business goals.
✦ Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
✦ Maintain a deep understanding of the technical architecture and dependencies to inform backlog prioritization.
✦ Ensure that releases are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
✦ Define and track technical KPIs to measure progress toward product goals.
✦ Continuously seek feedback from engineering, QA, UX, and stakeholders to refine requirements and improve delivery.
✦ Drive the collection and analysis of feedback from internal users to identify technical improvements.
✦ Facilitate the creation of problem statements and user stories by working with engineers and architects to ensure technically sound acceptance criteria and efficient implementation paths.
✦ Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
✦ Recommend improvements to technical infrastructure and engineering efficiency in alignment with the technical product vision led by architects.
Job Requirements:
✦ 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in Salesforce CRM.
✦ Strong technical background with experience in software development or engineering.
✦ Proficiency in interpreting and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
✦ Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern development practices.
✦ Experience with Azure, Salesforce, and Java preferred.
✦ Understanding of DevOps tools and practices (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
✦ Design thinking mindset.
✦ Experience working in Agile framework.
✦ Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✦ Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
✦ Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
✦ Ability to effectively engage and motivate large groups by providing thought leadership.
✦ Adaptable and proactively able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude.
✦ BS/BA in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or related field; MS desired.
✦ Demonstrated project management experience.
