Job Responsibilities:

✦   Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define scope and requirements.

✦   Develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

✦   Collaborate with QA, product owners, and designers.

✦   Create reports, dashboards, and custom report types.

✦   Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and permission set groups.

✦   Develop complex Flows using loops, email alerts, and custom actions.

✦   Participate in Scrum ceremonies and code reviews.

✦   Support production and sandbox troubleshooting and issue resolution.

✦   Share knowledge across the team and champion best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   3+ years of Salesforce Platform experience.

✦   Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

✦   Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

✦   Experience with Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud preferred.

✦   Experience using GitHub and Copado preferred.

✦   Understanding of SDLC and healthcare domain experience preferred.

✦   Ability to work cross-functionally in blended teams.

✦   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✦   Must comply with HIPAA regulations.

✦   Legally authorized to work in the United States.
