Job Responsibilities:

✦   Make configuration changes in Salesforce sandboxes to satisfy documented requirements.

✦   Perform testing of Salesforce changes.

✦   Peer review technical requirements and configuration changes of team members.

✦   Deploy changes to production environments and provide support for recent deployments.

✦   Perform data mass updates using Salesforce Data Loader or Setup utilities.

✦   Build or revise Salesforce Flows to satisfy project requirements.

✦   Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.

✦   Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and troubleshoot business user issues.

✦   Collect and document business requirements for assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree required.

✦   3+ years of Salesforce.com experience.

✦   5+ years working in Salesforce ecosystem and/or sales/marketing environments.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, flows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

✦   Advanced Admin Certification or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred.

✦   Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
