Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, architect, implement, test, and deliver Salesforce applications and systems.

✦   Lead development of web and CRM-based solutions for internal and customer-facing applications.

✦   Design and implement automation for development tasks, releases, and Salesforce platform maintenance.

✦   Build custom front-end and back-end services to support business processes.

✦   Integrate third-party products into internal systems and support existing implementations.

✦   Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

✦   8+ years of experience in configuration and custom development for Salesforce CRM modules.

✦   Experience integrating Salesforce with business applications.

✦   Strong experience in Apex development and Java.

✦   Experience with Salesforce product suite and REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Preferred: Master’s degree in a related technical field.

✦   Experience with full-stack development including Java/Python backend and JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS frontend.

✦   Experience designing scalable and distributed Salesforce integrations.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience mentoring engineers and conducting design/code reviews.
