Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define and monitor KPIs to measure Salesforce solution effectiveness and business impact.

✦   Lead mentoring and development of Salesforce professionals and promote responsible AI adoption.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with organizational goals.

✦   Manage resources and apply agile methodologies for efficient delivery.

✦   Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with regulatory, security, and data privacy requirements.

✦   Maintain audit-ready documentation and compliance evidence.

Job Requirements:

✦   Minimum 10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and technology leadership roles.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

✦   Experience integrating AI technologies within Salesforce solutions.

✦   Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, data governance, and data privacy.

✦   Proven leadership experience mentoring and managing technical teams.

✦   Ability to define and execute enterprise technology strategy aligned with business objectives.

✦   Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
