Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.

✦   Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies.

✦   Create and execute automated test scripts using testing frameworks and tools.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and contribute to acceptance criteria.

✦   Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and support defect resolution.

✦   Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.

✦   Stay informed of industry trends and contribute to technical excellence.

✦   Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve defects and improve testing processes.

✦   Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development.

✦   Manage risk, ensure compliance with policies, and strengthen controls.

Job Requirements:

✦   Experience in Salesforce testing including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

✦   Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data model.

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security model, workflows, and process automation.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations and API testing.

✦   Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.

✦   Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber.

✦   Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   API testing experience using REST Assured, Postman, or similar tools.

✦   Strong expertise in regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.

✦   Experience with Agile methodologies.

✦   Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.

✦   Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.

✦   Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

✦   Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✦   Ability to mentor junior testers and work in cross-functional teams.
