Job Responsibilities:
✦ Manage and support Salesforce B2B (Commerce Cloud) platform.
✦ Handle incidents, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for support roles.
✦ Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B) solutions.
✦ Work on integrations with CMS, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
✦ Collaborate with stakeholders and manage team deliverables.
✦ Ensure smooth project delivery and maintain system performance.
✦ Support system stability and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements:
✦ Minimum 12+ years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B).
✦ Strong knowledge of Apex, APIs, and system integrations.
✦ Experience in L2/L3 support or Salesforce development based on role requirements.
✦ Understanding of Agile methodology.
✦ Strong communication and team management skills.
✦ Experience with SFCC, CMS, PIM, DAM, and ERP integrations preferred.
✦ Knowledge of CI/CD and release management processes preferred.
