Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce solutions supporting digital transformation initiatives.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and priorities and recommend Salesforce customizations and configurations.

✦   Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows aligned with Salesforce best practices.

✦   Work with architects and developers to design and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects.

✦   Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment of Salesforce solutions with organizational needs.

✦   Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities including UAT planning and execution.

✦   Assist in solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development for client engagements.

✦   Contribute to Salesforce practice growth by developing templates, accelerators, and delivery standards.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom applications.

✦   Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into user stories and technical specifications.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration including workflows, process builders, and custom objects.

✦   Strong communication skills with ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

✦   Experience in client-facing roles and willingness to travel as required.

✦   Preferred experience in custom Salesforce application development and data migration/integration techniques.
