Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead architecture and implementation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud.

✦   Design scalable end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture.

✦   Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce product capabilities and roadmap.

✦   Design and implement AI-driven agents and automation using Salesforce AI tools such as Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI capabilities, Prompt Builder, and AI-powered workflows.

✦   Build intelligent assistants to automate service, sales, and operational processes.

✦   Integrate AI models, LLMs, and data pipelines to enhance customer engagement and productivity.

✦   Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and define business transformation strategies.

✦   Conduct solution workshops and discovery sessions.

✦   Translate complex business needs into technical architecture and implementation plans.

✦   Lead Salesforce implementations including custom objects, workflows, Apex development, Lightning components, and APIs/integrations.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems such as ERP, marketing platforms, and AI services.

✦   Establish best practices for Salesforce architecture, DevOps, and security.

✦   Ensure compliance with Salesforce governance, scalability, and performance standards.

✦   Mentor junior consultants and developers.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce consulting or implementation experience.

✦   Hands-on experience across multiple Salesforce clouds.

✦   Strong understanding of Lightning Experience, Apex, Flows, Salesforce APIs, and data modeling.

✦   Experience implementing AI-driven solutions on Salesforce.

✦   Knowledge of Einstein AI, Agentforce, generative AI / LLM integrations, and AI automation frameworks.

✦   Understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration.

✦   Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP, MuleSoft or middleware tools).

✦   Data integration and migration strategies.

✦   Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns.

✦   Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

✦   Ability to lead workshops and solution design sessions.

✦   Salesforce certification preferred.

✦   Experience with Data Cloud and AI agents is a plus.

Additional Details:

✦   Preferred experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI agents. Exposure to enterprise digital transformation programs and industry clouds is a plus.
