Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.

✦   Partner with stakeholders to implement enhancements across lead management, opportunity lifecycle, renewals, and quoting workflows.

✦   Build and maintain scalable automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

✦   Implement and enforce Salesforce development standards including code quality, testing, documentation, and release management.

✦   Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, HubSpot, BillingPlatform, NetSuite, and other systems.

✦   Perform root-cause analysis for production issues and deliver long-term fixes.

✦   Participate in release planning, testing, and deployment cycles.

✦   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

✦   Identify technical debt and recommend improvements to system architecture and performance.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment.

✦   Salesforce certifications including Application Architect, Data Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, and Administrator.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification preferred.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience working with Sales Cloud and complex opportunity and renewal workflows.

✦   Familiarity with CPQ implementations and quote-to-contract processes.

✦   Experience with system integrations including NetSuite, billing, and data platforms.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred.
