Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the engineering team responsible for Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions design, deployment, and support.

✦   Define and shape Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) architecture including pricing, quoting, ordering, contracting, invoicing, and renewals.

✦   Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.

✦   Implement AI-first automation practices to improve workflows and efficiency.

✦   Oversee CPQ/Billing processes and ensure scalability and accuracy.

✦   Guide technical roadmap, architecture standards, and platform governance.

✦   Review solution designs for scalability and compliance with architecture standards.

✦   Mentor Salesforce admins and engineers.

✦   Lead UAT sessions and production go-lives.

✦   Monitor system performance and optimize via automation and process redesign.

✦   Manage integrations with ERP, finance, and product systems.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years Salesforce experience with at least 4 years in CPQ and Billing.

✦   3+ years of technical leadership or people management experience.

✦   Strong Salesforce development and configuration skills including Apex, Flow, Lightning, and custom objects.

✦   Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing managed packages.

✦   Ability to lead large-scale Salesforce implementation projects.

✦   Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.

✦   Experience with AI/automation tools in enterprise systems.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Platform App Builder preferred.

✦   Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
