Job Responsibilities:

✦   Provide support to Business Applications teams with attention to detail.

✦   Research, analyze, and document findings.

✦   Coach, review, and delegate work to team members.

✦   Design, code, and implement solutions within the Salesforce Lightning platform.

✦   Create dynamic and scalable applications to meet business needs.

✦   Drive projects and assist with gathering business requirements.

✦   Collaborate with Salesforce team and other departments on projects.

✦   Own technical aspects of Salesforce including integrations, data migration, AppExchange products, and custom code.

✦   Work with Change Management to define release processes and identify risks.

✦   Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.

✦   Identify and resolve bugs and perform post-resolution reviews.

✦   Serve as escalation point for complex issues.

✦   Oversee deliverables including analysis, design, and implementation.

✦   Stay current with Salesforce best practices and tools.

✦   Develop demos and proof of concepts.

✦   Provide governance and training on configuration projects.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

✦   6+ years of relevant experience.

✦   Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, and automation.

✦   Ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.

✦   Strong understanding of integrations, data migration, and third-party applications.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, Admin, and Cloud Certifications.
