Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead integration designs, blueprinting, and configuration strategies.

✦   Develop Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and system integrations following established engineering practices and platform governance.

✦   Lead technical discovery sessions with product owners and program stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend best fit approaches.

✦   Review Salesforce Spring, Summer, and Winter release notes to identify breaking changes, deprecations, new settings, and feature impacts.

✦   Collaborate with vendors, product owners, administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders to plan and execute updates, enhancements, and cross-team deliverables.

✦   Apply AI driven approaches to enhance Salesforce solutions, including identifying practical use cases, incorporating intelligent automation, and ensuring responsible and compliant use of emerging technologies.

✦   Enforce Salesforce architectural standards, data models, integration patterns, and development guardrails to ensure long term maintainability, scalability, and compliance across programs.

✦   Implement and validate security controls.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on Salesforce experience across configuration, customization, and solution design (5 Years).

✦   Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development in enterprise environments (5 Years).

✦   Experience supporting public-sector, regulated, or compliance-heavy programs or equivalent experience in complex multi-team environments (3 Years).

✦   Experience leading technical discovery, design sessions, or development teams in a senior or lead capacity (2 Years).
