Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and declarative tools to extend platform functionality.

✦   Implement, support, and optimize integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.

✦   Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and propose scalable and efficient technical solutions.

✦   Participate actively in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and performant implementations.

✦   Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, new features, and best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.

✦   Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration issues in a timely manner.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration details, and code changes.

✦   Work closely with cross-functional teams (administrators, business analysts, QA, and project managers) to deliver projects on time and within budget.

✦   Manage multiple user stories and competing priorities, following sound development and DevOps practices to ensure consistent, enterprise-grade solution delivery.
