Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and related technologies.

✦   Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

✦   Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

✦   Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

✦   Mentor and support junior developers.

✦   Stay updated with Salesforce releases and evaluate new features.

✦   Maintain technical documentation and architectural decisions.

✦   Identify and resolve technical issues proactively.

✦   Contribute to strategic planning for Salesforce initiatives.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.

✦   Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and ecosystem.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security, and governance.

✦   Knowledge of data modeling, workflows, and processes.

✦   Experience in leading projects and mentoring teams.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer II or Architect certifications.

✦   Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps tools.

✦   Knowledge of integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
