Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Build and optimize triggers, batch jobs, queueable/future methods, and asynchronous processing.

✦   Develop reusable and high-performance Lightning Web Components.

✦   Implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events and Change Data Capture (CDC).

✦   Write optimized SOQL/SOSL queries ensuring platform performance and governor limit compliance.

✦   Apply Salesforce security best practices including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Field-Level Security.

✦   Configure and customize Salesforce Agentforce solutions.

✦   Build custom Agent Actions using Apex and Flows.

✦   Work with Prompt Builder and Prompt Templates for Generative AI use cases.

✦   Understand Einstein Copilot capabilities and Copilot Actions.

✦   Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud concepts including unified profiles, data streams, and grounding techniques.

✦   Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs with proper authentication and error handling.

✦   Configure Named Credentials and Auth Providers.

✦   Work with Bulk API for large-scale data operations and migrations.

✦   Implement integration patterns using Flows, APIs, and Platform Events.

✦   Work with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, and source-driven development.

✦   Manage repositories using Git and follow branching/version control best practices.

✦   Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or GitHub Actions.

✦   Develop robust Apex test classes and maintain required code coverage standards.

✦   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

✦   Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and delivery teams.

✦   Strong hands-on expertise in Apex Development.

✦   Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).

✦   Salesforce Flows.

✦   SOQL & SOSL.

✦   Platform Events & Change Data Capture (CDC).

✦   REST/SOAP APIs.

✦   Salesforce Security Model.

✦   Hands-on understanding of Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein Copilot, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX).

✦   Git & Version Control.

✦   CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or GitHub Actions.
