Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CLM supporting end-to-end commercial processes.

✦   Develop complex business logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Orchestrator.

✦   Build OmniStudio components including OmniScripts and FlexCards for industry-specific requirements.

✦   Design and implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and custom events.

✦   Develop integrations using MuleSoft and BRIM.

✦   Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

✦   Identify and resolve technical debt, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.

✦   Collaborate with architects, product owners, and release managers for solution alignment.

✦   Mentor junior developers and improve team technical standards.

✦   Participate in Agile delivery with global teams across Europe and the US.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce development experience in large-scale environments.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce data model.

✦   Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and/or Media Cloud preferred.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.

✦   Familiarity with MuleSoft and middleware systems.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security, limits, and data modeling.

✦   Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado preferred).

✦   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.

✦   Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.

✦   Ability to challenge requirements and propose better technical solutions.
