Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements.

✦   Implement customizations using Salesforce configuration and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

✦   Perform testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.

✦   Design and maintain CI/CD workflows for Salesforce deployments using GitHub Actions and Salesforce CLI.

✦   Assist in integration of Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs and middleware.

✦   Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

✦   Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

✦   Partner with sales and sales operations teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.

✦   Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical specifications.

✦   Develop understanding of end-to-end sales processes to inform system design.

✦   Anticipate downstream impacts of system changes on sales workflows.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations and API technologies.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

✦   Experience working with or supporting B2B sales organizations.

✦   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

✦   Ability to work independently and in teams.
