Job Responsibilities:

✦   Responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.

✦   Reviews, plans, and provides assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship.

✦   Advise clients on Salesforce capabilities.

✦   Creates, reviews, and advises on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.

✦   Plans, develops, and implements work processes and methodologies to support deployment.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor or master’s degree in IT or computer science field.

✦   7 years in Salesforce, with experience in designing a Salesforce solution using a formal development methodology (Waterfall, JAD, AGILE etc.).

✦   Experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and any experience on public sector and Health Cloud is a bonus.

✦   Experience and knowledge of Lightning Design System and MuleSoft.

✦   Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes.

✦   Design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk APIs or any tool/ESB.

✦   Expert level knowledge in Apex programming, web services, flows, Visualforce pages and strong expertise on LWC, JavaScript, CSS and Aura framework.

✦   Expert level experience in REST, SOAP, Bulk API and experience in designing and developing complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce object model, governor limits and best practices.

✦   Experience with front-end and backend tools (Apex, Triggers, Data Loader, Visualforce, Lightning Framework, APIs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).

✦   Experience building SQL tables and queries, understanding object-oriented concepts and design patterns.

✦   Must have Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, PD1 certifications, Application Architect certification.
