Job Responsibilities:
✦ Configure and manage MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, and automation workflows.
✦ Design and implement lead nurturing journeys, lifecycle marketing programs, and automation frameworks.
✦ Configure automation rules, dynamic lists, segmentation logic, suppression lists, and campaign triggers.
✦ Maintain campaign hierarchies, folder structures, and reusable templates.
✦ Analyze and optimize journey logic, branching conditions, and campaign timing.
✦ Improve segmentation strategies, lifecycle programs, and targeting logic.
✦ Identify opportunities to increase engagement rates, improve campaign performance, and enhance automation efficiency.
✦ Collaborate with Data Cloud teams for audience activation from Data360.
✦ Ensure alignment between Data Cloud segments, MCAE dynamic lists, and automation workflows.
✦ Validate audience targeting accuracy and segment-to-campaign activation.
✦ Configure scoring models, grading frameworks, lifecycle automation rules, form handlers, landing pages, and campaign assets.
✦ Monitor and troubleshoot automation issues, segmentation errors, and campaign failures.
✦ Ensure best practices for IP warming, sender reputation, suppression management, and bounce handling.
✦ Enforce naming conventions, campaign governance standards, and architecture guidelines.
✦ Recommend improvements in automation frameworks, segmentation strategies, and journey design patterns.
✦ Collaborate with marketing, architecture, and technical teams to enhance platform utilization.
Job Requirements:
✦ 4–8 years of experience.
✦ Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
✦ Expertise in Engagement Studio, automation rules, dynamic lists, and campaign structures.
✦ Experience building lead nurture programs and lifecycle marketing frameworks.
✦ Understanding of Data Cloud (Data360) including audience segmentation and activation workflows.
✦ Experience in data-driven targeting and campaign personalization.
✦ Experience configuring scoring models, lifecycle automation, and campaign workflows.
✦ Strong understanding of email deliverability, IP reputation, and suppression logic.
✦ Ability to troubleshoot automation and segmentation issues.
✦ Strong analytical mindset for campaign performance evaluation and optimization.
✦ Ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders, campaign operations teams, and technical teams.
✦ Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist certification required.
✦ Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator/Consultant certifications preferred.
