Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop functionality using Apex.

✦   Work with Visualforce pages, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Use JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for UI development.

✦   Implement inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems and services.

✦   Ensure solutions are optimized and scalable by adhering to Salesforce governor limits.

✦   Write and maintain unit test classes covering business scenarios and edge cases.

✦   Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and naming conventions.

✦   Conduct proof of concepts (POCs) for complex requirements and review with technical leads or architects.

✦   Participate in production support and resolve critical issues.

✦   Translate business requirements into Salesforce technical solutions.

✦   Own end-to-end delivery of epics/modules from scoping to deployment.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and architects for requirement gathering and technical design.

✦   Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and refinement activities.

✦   Support business users by acting as a focal point for assigned systems or epics.

✦   Ensure production deployments follow proper review and release processes.

✦   Write proper documentation for solutions, designs, and integrations.

✦   Contribute to knowledge base for recurring and complex implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory).

✦   Hands-on experience in Apex development.

✦   Experience with Visualforce, Aura, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Proficiency in JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

✦   Ability to write comprehensive unit tests with good coverage.

✦   Experience with deployment tools such as change sets, Git, and SFDX CLI.

✦   Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management.

✦   Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

✦   Experience in debugging and resolving production issues.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce architecture and object-oriented design principles.
