Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, flows, and integrations, ensuring adherence to platform constraints.

✦   Drive clean code practices, enforce design standards, and promote TDD to build maintainable and extensible systems.

✦   Contribute to system and feature-level architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of solutions.

✦   Collaborate with global stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to refine requirements and solve complex business problems.

✦   Manage deployments and releases using CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality and seamless delivery.

✦   Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and continuously improve platform stability and capabilities.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong exposure to Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and integrations; additional experience in Java/JavaScript is preferred.

✦   Proven expertise in debugging and resolving complex Salesforce platform issues, including performance and governor limit constraints.

✦   Solid understanding of architectural design patterns and ability to enforce best practices and scalable solution design on Salesforce.

✦   Experience working independently on complex tasks while mentoring peers and influencing cross-functional teams.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify hidden requirements and design innovative, business-aligned solutions.

✦   Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD practices, TDD, and writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
