Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and company goals.

✦   Participate in design phases for platform enhancements, including identifying, tracking and resolving technical issues.

✦   Responsible for design/code reviews to promote consistent quality coding practices and standards.

✦   Consult with Application Owners, Product Owners and Digital Partners to enable Digital Experience Solutions leveraging Salesforce CRM and e-Commerce capabilities.

✦   Pilot and implement new CRM and e-Commerce functionality.

✦   Provide technical support of CRM and e-Commerce technology, including during upgrades and fixes.

✦   Provide hands-on expertise for system integration between Salesforce, SAP, Partner Portal (Salesforce Experience Cloud) and other business applications.

✦   Provide system administration support of Salesforce environment including customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow.

✦   Create and maintain technical documentation related to deployed solutions and support processes.

✦   Facilitate transition of applications from development to production.

✦   Communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders and business partners.

✦   Participate in agile ceremonies and project status meetings.

✦   Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time to support project deliverables.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce Development experience (Apex & VisualForce).

✦   Hands-on experience with Apex classes, Asynchronous Apex, Controllers, Triggers, Visualforce pages, SOQL & SOSL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), Apex Callouts, Unit test classes, Salesforce Security model and Lightning Components.

✦   Experience with deployment techniques such as change sets, ant, Jenkins.

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools such as Process Builder, Flow, Approval Processes and change sets.

✦   Proven ability to create high-quality and detailed documentation.

✦   Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Admin, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Experience.

✦   Salesforce Experience Cloud.

✦   Experience with HTML, JQuery, AJAX, JSON and CSS.

✦   Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces.

✦   Salesforce Certified Developer II certification is an added advantage.

✦   Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of Salesforce Development Experience OR 6+ years of Salesforce Development Experience.
