Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and advance enterprise CRM capabilities across Sales, Service, Experience/Community, and Platform.

✦   Own end-to-end solution delivery including requirements gathering, technical design, development, test automation, deployment, and production support.

✦   Implement scalable features using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and SOQL/SOSL.

✦   Refactor legacy Process Builder/Workflow to Flow/Apex following best practices.

✦   Define and enforce engineering standards including naming, code reviews, and test coverage.

✦   Build CI/CD pipelines with scratch orgs, unlocked packages, and automated testing.

✦   Develop and secure integrations using REST/SOAP and middleware.

✦   Optimize performance and maintain org health.

✦   Translate business goals into technical designs and create diagrams.

✦   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Job Requirements:

✦   10-14 years of total experience with 7+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL performance tuning, and asynchronous patterns.

✦   Experience with CI/CD, source-driven development, and Git strategies.

✦   Experience with API design and integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft).

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce security including profiles, permission sets, SSO, and encryption.

✦   Experience in unit and integration testing with quality gates.

✦   Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I required, others preferred.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and multi-cloud solutions.

✦   Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and collaboration tools.
