Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

✦   Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems utilizing REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

✦   Customize Salesforce applications by developing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows to meet business requirements.

✦   Partner with architects and business stakeholders to create scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with best practices.

✦   Ensure delivery of high-quality code through code reviews, adherence to best practices, and comprehensive unit testing.

✦   Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.

✦   Oversee data management activities including migration, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity.

✦   Maintain and create technical documentation such as design specifications, process flows, and user guides.

✦   Collaborate with developers, administrators, and business analysts and mentor junior developers.

✦   Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data integrity and operational reliability.

✦   Ensure optimal system performance through continuous customization and configuration of Salesforce.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and integration techniques.

✦   Extensive experience with Salesforce data models, custom objects, workflows, and security settings.

✦   Proven experience in developing and maintaining complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

✦   Familiarity with Heroku, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms is a plus.

✦   Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React.

✦   Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

✦   Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
