Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, build, and scale robust Salesforce solutions across Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CLM supporting end-to-end commercial processes.

✦   Act as a technical reference within the squad, contributing to solution design and ensuring code quality.

✦   Develop high-performance logic using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow Orchestrator.

✦   Build OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards) to support industry-specific needs.

✦   Design and implement event-driven architectures using Platform Events, CDC, and custom events.

✦   Manage integrations via MuleSoft and BRIM.

✦   Collaborate with architects, product owners, and release managers to ensure technical feasibility and roadmap alignment.

✦   Identify and reduce technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and improve automation and refactoring opportunities.

✦   Mentor and coach junior developers to improve team technical standards.

✦   Participate in Agile development with global teams across Europe and the US.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce development experience in large-scale environments.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow/Flow Orchestrator.

✦   Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards) and Media Cloud is highly desirable.

✦   Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Streaming APIs, and event-driven architectures (Platform Events, CDC).

✦   MuleSoft integration experience preferred.

✦   Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado is a plus).

✦   Strong architectural thinking and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to mentor and work in global Agile teams.
