Job Responsibilities:

✦   Looking for a hands-on Senior Salesforce Developer with strong Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Sales Cloud experience. This is a builder role, not admin-only. Candidate must have delivered enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

Job Requirements:

✦   10+ years hands-on Salesforce development.

✦   Agentforce / Service Cloud – Omni-Channel, Service Console, routing, macros, complex flows.

✦   Salesforce Data Cloud – data streams, identity resolution, unified profiles, activation.

✦   Sales Cloud – opportunities, forecasting, quoting, automation.

✦   Apex – Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Future.

✦   Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Salesforce Flows (complex automation).

✦   Integrations – REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC.

✦   CI/CD – Git, SFDX, Copado or GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.

✦   Einstein Bots or AI-enabled flows.

✦   MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

✦   Contact Center or telephony integrations.

✦   Agile / Scrum experience.

✦   Offshore team coordination.

✦   Salesforce Platform Developer I – mandatory.

✦   Platform Developer II – strongly preferred.

✦   Data Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud Consultant – preferred.

✦   Architect or specialist certs are a plus.
