Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions including product rules, pricing rules, discount logic, quote templates, and approval workflows.

✦   Build and maintain CPQ automation using Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components, and CPQ configuration frameworks.

✦   Partner with Sales Operations, RevOps, and Finance to translate pricing and packaging strategy into scalable CPQ design.

✦   Ensure CPQ configurations align with downstream systems including billing and ERP systems, minimizing billing and revenue errors.

✦   Identify and resolve CPQ performance issues, data quality gaps, and technical debt.

✦   Support renewals automation, amendments, and complex multi-product or multi-term deals.

✦   Participate in release planning, regression testing, and deployment activities.

✦   Establish CPQ development standards, documentation, and best practices.

✦   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on CPQ architecture and design.

Job Requirements:

✦   7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   8+ years of Salesforce CPQ development experience preferred.

✦   Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ objects, pricing rules, product configuration, and approval processes.

✦   Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

✦   Experience with subscription-based pricing, renewals, amendments, and usage-based models.

✦   Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and integrations with billing and ERP systems.

✦   Ability to design scalable CPQ solutions and resolve complex implementation gaps.

✦   Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer certifications preferred.

✦   Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
