Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design, develop, enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.

✦   Build and maintain complex Salesforce configurations including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.

✦   Produce technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture and Salesforce best practices.

✦   Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.

✦   Support data migration, data quality, and master data initiatives.

✦   Lead unit testing and support system testing, UAT, deployment activities, and production support.

✦   Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term corrective solutions.

✦   Optimize Salesforce performance, scalability, security, and support CI/CD and release management.

✦   Provide technical guidance and informal mentoring to junior developers.

✦   Contribute to development standards and documentation.

Job Requirements:

✦   5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

✦   Experience in regulated or SOX-controlled environments preferred.

✦   Experience with large user bases and enterprise Salesforce implementations.

✦   Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Advanced Administrator preferred.

✦   Strong experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura.

✦   Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Marketing/Experience Cloud preferred).

✦   Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools like MuleSoft or similar.

✦   Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

✦   Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, SSO, and data protection practices.
