Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce features by partnering with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

✦   Translate complex requirements into implementation plans and maintainable code.

✦   Architect scalable solutions by designing performant and reusable Apex and LWC components.

✦   Work with advanced asynchronous patterns and state management.

✦   Lead complex integrations including inbound and outbound system integrations.

✦   Draft Technical Design Documents (TDD) and break down technical specifications.

✦   Advocate for architectural improvements and scalability.

✦   Optimize database query performance and indexing for system efficiency.

✦   Build software supporting real-world usage patterns including offline and low-connectivity environments.

✦   Manage project scope independently and ensure timely delivery.

✦   Perform code reviews and collaborate with senior and junior developers.

✦   Participate in debugging across multiple system layers.

✦   Contribute to deployment processes and engineering best practices.

Job Requirements:

✦   Strong experience in Salesforce development with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

✦   Deep expertise in system design, architecture, and reusable component development.

✦   Experience with Salesforce integrations (inbound and outbound).

✦   Advanced knowledge of Apex async patterns such as Queueable and Platform Events.

✦   Ability to write efficient, testable, and scalable code.

✦   Understanding of design patterns and best practices.

✦   Strong debugging and analytical skills across multiple system layers.

✦   Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

✦   Experience working in Agile environments.

✦   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.

✦   Customer-centric mindset with understanding of user personas and real-world usage.
