Job Responsibilities:

✦   Design and tailor Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

✦   Create and configure custom objects, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

✦   Integrate Salesforce with external third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.

✦   Manage data migration and manipulation using tools such as Data Loader and Workbench.

✦   Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to Salesforce best practices.

✦   Perform unit testing and support QA/UAT processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

✦   Participate in agile ceremonies and actively contribute to continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements:

✦   Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

✦   Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform, covering configuration, customization, and security models.

✦   Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration methods.

✦   Familiarity with deployment tools like Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or the ANT Migration Tool.

✦   Possession of Salesforce certifications is mandatory.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive mindset.

✦   Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).

✦   Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or previous experience collaborating with government or public sector clients.

✦   Exposure to DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket pipelines.

✦   Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
