Job Responsibilities:

✦   Assist with feature ideation through research and feasibility analysis.

✦   Support planning and estimation of features.

✦   Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications including configuration, Apex code, and Lightning components.

✦   Participate in continuous improvement and team retrospectives.

✦   Automate business processes using Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows.

✦   Perform testing, quality assurance, and debugging.

✦   Create and maintain documentation for customizations and configurations.

✦   Provide user training and support for Salesforce Service Cloud.

Job Requirements:

✦   2 to 6 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong technical skills in Salesforce development including Apex and Lightning Components.

✦   Experience with Salesforce customization, configuration, and best practices.

✦   Understanding of Salesforce declarative and programmatic development including custom objects, triggers, workflows, and reports.

✦   Knowledge of SQL or SOQL, XML or JSON, REST or SOAP.

✦   Experience with version control and continuous development practices.

✦   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to work with international teams.

✦   Experience in building scalable platforms is preferred.
