Job Responsibilities:

✦   Assist with feature ideation by providing input informed by research and experience. Assist the team in planning and estimating features to ensure timely delivery. Develop, customise, and maintain Salesforce applications, including configuration, custom code (Apex), and Lightning components. Participate in continuous improvement by identifying problems and suggesting solutions. Leverage Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flows to automate business processes. Perform testing, quality assurance, and debugging. Create and maintain documentation for customisations and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users.

Job Requirements:

✦   Hands-on experience with Salesforce and customisation of its capabilities. Strong technical skills in Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Components. Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and programming concepts including custom objects, triggers, reports, workflows, and assignment rules. Knowledge of APEX, SQL/SOQL, XML/JSON, LWC, JavaScript, SOAP, and REST. Experience with continuous development practices including code repositories, code reviews, and deployments. Strong communication skills and ability to work with international teams.
