Job Responsibilities:

✦   Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce CRM functionality related to lead management.

✦   Execute and own development work within Agile sprint cycles.

✦   Lead complex technical efforts including solution design and scalable implementation.

✦   Collaborate with onshore/offshore engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

✦   Provide production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.

✦   Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and best practices.

✦   Ensure performance, stability, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

✦   5+ years in senior engineer or technical ownership roles.

✦   Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

✦   Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

✦   Experience supporting production Salesforce systems.

✦   Experience working in Agile sprint-based delivery models.

✦   Strong collaboration and communication skills.

✦   Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) preferred.

✦   Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft) preferred.

✦   Exposure to DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Salesforce DX preferred.
