Job Responsibilities:

✦   Create, implement, and maintain dashboards, workflows, system setup, and access to support nCino/Salesforce (FSC).

✦   Enhance operational efficiency of loan systems by reviewing processes and determining improvements.

✦   Develop integration of external business apps with Salesforce including core banking systems and financial apps.

✦   Support administrative needs of nCino/Salesforce.

✦   Assist with maintaining, installing, and deploying system component upgrades.

✦   Ensure system design allows all components to work properly together.

✦   Write code including triggers, Apex, Java snippets and correct defects.

✦   Troubleshoot problems reported by users.

✦   Make recommendations for future upgrades.

✦   Assist IT with maintaining system security and availability.

✦   Analyze and isolate issues and evaluate system performance.

✦   Identify end user needs and opportunities for optimization.

✦   Maintain system integrity.

✦   Evaluate and implement new technology and system improvements.

✦   Ensure proper implementation and integration of secure mobile solutions.

✦   Create and monitor support cases with vendors.

✦   Partner with IT departments to address system needs.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

✦   5-6 years of experience in banking information services or similar industry.

✦   5-6 years of experience as a software developer, application administrator, or equivalent role.

✦   Direct Salesforce engineer experience is strongly preferred.

✦   In-depth knowledge of CRM software.

✦   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

✦   Ability to gather and analyze information and develop solutions.

✦   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to respond promptly to customer needs and work under pressure.

✦   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

✦   Preferred: Salesforce certifications including Admin and additional Salesforce, FSC, or nCino certifications.
