Job Responsibilities:

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

✦   Provide expert guidance on Salesforce OMS best practices and industry standards.

✦   Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Business Administration.

✦   Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OMS and Order Management Systems.

✦   Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

✦   Extensive experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

✦   Proven track record of successful Salesforce OMS implementations and optimizations.

✦   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

✦   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

✦   Prior experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.

✦   Good to have skills: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Integration, CRM.
