Job Responsibilities:

✦   Lead and manage Salesforce OMS implementations ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

✦   Analyze and optimize order management processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

✦   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.

✦   Provide expert guidance on Salesforce OMS best practices and industry standards.

✦   Mentor and support junior consultants to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Job Requirements:

✦   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or Business Administration.

✦   Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce OMS and Order Management Systems.

✦   Strong understanding of SDLC processes.

✦   Proven experience in Salesforce OMS implementations and optimizations.

✦   Good knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, integrations, and CRM.

✦   Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

✦   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

✦   Consulting experience preferred.
