Job Responsibilities:
✦ Coordinate Salesforce demand intake and oversee evaluation processes.
✦ Partner with Salesforce Director and business owners to align requests with roadmap and strategy.
✦ Ensure regulatory and audit compliance and maintain platform adherence to policies.
✦ Organize timelines and ensure enhancements meet deadlines.
✦ Act as Salesforce project coordinator for implementations.
✦ Measure success of enhancements based on ROI.
✦ Define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
✦ Coordinate internal and external resources for timely execution.
✦ Monitor project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
✦ Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain documentation.
✦ Monitor project milestones and ensure quality standards.
✦ Maintain and enforce platform governance standards.
✦ Monitor and report on data quality metrics.
✦ Track platform KPIs and drive remediation initiatives.
✦ Maintain documentation, security roles, and compliance procedures.
Job Requirements:
✦ Bachelor’s degree.
✦ 5+ years of experience in Salesforce-related roles including project coordination and operations.
✦ Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud a plus).
✦ Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions.
✦ Strong organizational and communication skills.
✦ Strong cross-functional leadership and change management skills.
✦ Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs.
✦ Experience working with compliance, risk, or audit teams.
✦ Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
✦ Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
✦ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
✦ Ability to work additional hours as needed.
✦ Must be bondable.
