Job Responsibilities:

✦   Define end-to-end test strategy for Salesforce programs including functional, regression, integration, and UAT support. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data aligned to business requirements. Ensure traceability between requirements, test scenarios, and defects. Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. Validate complex business processes, workflows, and integrations. Execute UAT support and coordinate with business stakeholders. Design and develop automation frameworks for Salesforce applications. Build and maintain automated test scripts (UI and API level). Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing. Test Flows, Apex logic, validation rules, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Validate data integrity, sharing rules, profiles, and role hierarchy. Ensure coverage for governor limits and bulk processing scenarios. Validate integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft. Perform end-to-end testing across systems including ERP and data platforms. Log, track, and manage defects using Jira. Perform root cause analysis and work with developers for resolution. Provide test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics. Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

✦   5–8+ years of QA experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce testing. Strong expertise in Salesforce functionality including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Strong manual testing skills and understanding of defect lifecycle. Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Provar, Selenium, Cypress, or similar. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model. Knowledge of integration testing concepts. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps preferred. Exposure to performance testing and ETL/data migration validation is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
