Job Responsibilities:

✦   Execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

✦   Perform functional, integration, and regression testing for Salesforce features.

✦   Validate Service Cloud components such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Service Console.

✦   Conduct API testing (REST/SOAP) and validate integrations with external systems.

✦   Log and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

✦   Collaborate with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

✦   Support Salesforce release management and perform deployment validations.

✦   Work with automation tools (Provar, Selenium) for test automation (basic exposure preferred).

Job Requirements:

✦   5–8 years of QA experience, with at least 1–2 years in Salesforce testing.

✦   Good understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud functionalities.

✦   Experience in manual testing and basic exposure to automation tools.

✦   Basic working experience with AccelQ.

✦   Familiarity with API testing using tools like Postman.

✦   Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA.

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

✦   Exposure to Lightning Experience testing is nice to have.

✦   Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is nice to have.
