Job Responsibilities:
✦ Design and maintain robust integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA and financial middleware.
✦ Lead Salesforce-to-Salesforce migrations ensuring data integrity, metadata mapping, and minimal business disruption.
✦ Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps) for seamless automated deployments.
✦ Act as a technical project lead by gathering requirements from management and managing delivery timelines.
✦ Optimize data flow using middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, CPI or similar) to connect Salesforce with external data warehouses and cloud platforms.
✦ Support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and change-management controls for CRM processes.
Job Requirements:
✦ 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow orchestration.
✦ Deep experience with REST/SOAP APIs and authentication flows such as OAuth2.0, JWT, and Named Credentials.
✦ Strong understanding of asynchronous processing patterns including Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Batch Apex.
✦ Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with SAP S/4HANA or equivalent ERP systems.
✦ Experience integrating Salesforce with data/analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau), cloud infrastructure (AWS S3, Lambda, Google Cloud), and security/identity tools (Okta, Jira, Slack).
✦ Active Salesforce certifications are a plus.
✦ Experience in Salesforce org merges, large-scale data cleansing, or data migration tooling is preferred.
✦ Experience with agile methodologies and ability to self-manage sprints and backlogs in Jira.

✦ The base pay range for this position is $113,624 – $144,412 per year.
