Job Responsibilities:

✦   Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including configuration of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, Lightning apps, and user experience enhancements.

✦   Build and maintain business automation using Flow (record-triggered, scheduled, and screen flows) and manage legacy Workflow/Process Builder where applicable.

✦   Administer and improve Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, permission set groups, roles, OWD, sharing rules, teams, and field-level security.

✦   Manage user lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, license management, password policies, MFA/SSO coordination, and access audits.

✦   Deliver reporting and analytics using reports, dashboards, list views, and data visibility controls.

✦   Support release execution across sandbox, UAT, and production including smoke testing, regression testing, documentation, and deployments.

✦   Develop lightweight Apex classes/triggers and SOQL/SOSL queries for complex business logic and troubleshooting.

✦   Support integrations with external systems including field mapping and authentication understanding (OAuth/SSO concepts).

✦   Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user workflows and usability.

✦   Partner with architects, product owners, and compliance teams to deliver scalable and compliant Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements:

✦   8-10 years of Salesforce experience.

✦   Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and administration.

✦   Expertise in Salesforce Flow, security model, and data model.

✦   Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.

✦   Experience with release management, sandbox management, and deployment processes.

✦   Understanding of integrations and authentication mechanisms (OAuth/SSO).

✦   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✦   Ability to estimate development effort and break down complex problems.

✦   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM field.

✦   Strong communication and requirement gathering skills.
